Professional Development
Welcome to the Professional Development arm of the Faculty of Research and Clinical Education. We are a multi-professional team of Nurses, Midwives and AHPs supporting both Pre-Registration and Post-Registration development across the acute and community settings with Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust. We provide resources, advice and support that enable clinical areas to develop their staff in line with service needs and for individuals to progress along their own personal development journey. Maintaining quality and safety across all of the services is of paramount importance to us and we ensure this by providing evidence based education programmes and by developing policies and competencies that set and maintain standards and are inline with strategic objectives.
