Annual leave and public holidays
All staff who join us have an annual leave entitlement of 27 days for a full year’s work. This increases to 29 days after five years of service, and 33 days after 10 years.
Staff also have 8 public holidays. These are as follows:

- Good Friday
- Easter Monday
- May Day
- Spring Bank Holiday
- August Bank Holiday
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day

Occupational Health Services
We provide a comprehensive Occupational Health service to all staff. The range of services provided by this service include pre-employment health assessments, immunisation programmes, health and safety advice, and infection control.
Learning and development
We are committed to offering all staff members the opportunities to develop their personal and professional skills. Working for us, you will be able to undertake a training programme that can include such things as:
