A short diversion will be set up along part of the blue light route at Walsall Manor Hospital for four days from Tuesday 30 October to allow for the installation of a steel frame for the new obstetrics theatre that is under construction.

Access to maternity will not be affected but the diversion will start just past the entrance to maternity in Wilbraham Road. The diversion, which will be clearly signposted,  will start at 7am next Tuesday and will be in place until 3.30pm on Friday 2 November.

West Midlands Ambulance Service colleagues and other partners have been informed well in advance.
